Reports, support and contact

What this feature is for

Reporting allows you to report a problem encountered in the application, along with a screenshot, and receive a response via email.

Where to find it

Help button at the bottom right of the application, then Report a problem. My reports in the same assistant shows your history when signed in. The Contact page also allows you to write to the team.

Steps

  1. Describe what you were trying to do, what happened, and on which event.
  2. Attach a screenshot: this is often what allows for immediate understanding.
  3. Leave your email address to receive the response.
  4. Send: the report is transmitted to the team.

What happens next

The team receives an alert, processes the report, and responds to you via email. In My reports, open a report to see your request, replies, timeline and attached screenshot. Only its signed-in author can view this history and open the screenshot. The author can reopen a resolved case for 30 days; after that, create a new report. The reply email offers a link to rate the response; ratings are not submitted from the history.

The link opens a page without signing in: the rating selected in the email is preselected and can be changed from 1 to 5. Add an optional comment, then click Send my feedback once. Opening the link does not record anything. After saving, a thank-you message confirms that your rating was recorded; if sending fails, your rating and comment are kept for retrying. The link is valid for 30 days.

Who can take action

Any user can report. Processing and responding are handled by the platform administration.

Common issues

  • No response received: the report may have been sent without an email address; in this case, it is anonymous and does not allow for follow-up contact.
  • Screenshot too large: reduce the image size.

FAQ

Can I report anonymously?

Yes, but you will not receive a response.

Should I report every small detail?

Yes, repeated small details are often the easiest to fix.
