Dynamic help

The Help button opens the documentation assistant. The assistant answers from indexed documentation pages.

Living source

The reference documentation is synchronized server-side. When a reference page changes in the application, it is automatically updated in the documentation database, then reindexed for the assistant.

Changelog

Each page creation or update feeds the documentation changelog.

Reindexing

Manual reindexing remains available to administrators, but it must no longer be the only way to keep help up to date.

Why can help cite sources?

Because the assistant retrieves documentation excerpts and returns the pages used.

What if help answers with an outdated wording?

Use the changelog page or request a manual reindex. The system also resynchronizes reference pages server-side.
