A project gathers all information needed to prepare and run an operation.

The Nostalgia 2026 project serves as the first operational base to structure data coming from on stage and prepare production.

Preparation tabs

When opening a project, several tabs let you enter useful information:

• Administrative: general information, collaborators and users attached to the operation;
• Technical: rider, line-up, schedule, stage and equipment;
• Hospitality / Travel: transport, accommodation, welcome, artist constraints;
• Contracts / Documents: upload, consult and share received documents.
• Planning: project calendar dates and project-scoped planning events.

Multi-day events

When a festival spans several days, the interface automatically shows Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, etc. with the matching dates. Line-ups are attached to the relevant day.

FAQ

Where do I add operation collaborators?

In the project Administrative tab.

Do festival days have to be created manually?

No. When an operation covers several days, the days are derived automatically from the project dates.
