Subscription, seats and features

What this feature is for

Review the current plan, included seats and storage, and the features available to your organization. To bring people in (invitations, access codes), see Subscription, seats, invitations and access codes.

Where to find it

Open the Subscription panel from the dashboard or organization administration.

Steps

1. Check the current plan and how many people it includes.
2. Review additional seats, storage and available or locked modules.
3. If you are the subscription owner, change plan or add seats as needed.

What happens next

Plan limits govern invitations and access to paid features. A locked module remains visible with its required plan indicated.

Who can take action

Only the subscription owner (the organization administrator) manages the plan and seats; event collaborators cannot alter it.

Common issues

• Cannot add another person: check seat availability and the plan's limits.
• A module is locked: check whether it is included in the current plan.

Does an event collaborator manage the subscription?

No. The account responsible for the subscription manages it.
