Multi-stage and multi-day schedule
Multi-stage and multi-day schedule
What this feature is for
The Schedule organizes an event taking place over several days and across multiple stages: each stage has its own rundown, each day its own program, and the entire set remains readable in one single place.
Where to find it
Preparation → Timing → Preparation. A day selector and a stage selector are located at the top of the tab.
Steps
- Verify that your venues and stages are created in Preparation → Administrative or Venues.
- Select a day, then select a stage.
- Enter the rundown for that stage for that day: artist performances, stage changes, breaks.
- Repeat for each relevant stage, then move to the next day.
- Use the overview to identify overlaps between stages (the same team expected in two places at the same time).
What happens next
The schedule feeds the live show flow, shared screens, team planning, and Hospitality needs per day.
Who can take action
Production management and individuals with management rights. Stakeholders consult the portion that concerns them.
Common issues
- A stage is missing from the selector: create it first in the event venues.
- A day is missing: check the start and end dates in the Administrative tab.
- Two stages overlap: this is possible and common; simply check that the same people are not expected in both places.
FAQ
Can we copy the schedule from one day to another?
Yes, duplicate the rundown and then adjust the times; it is faster than re-entering everything.
Is a festival with multiple sites supported?
Yes: multiple venues, each with its own stages, over multiple days.
Can we add the event logo?
Yes: in Preparation → Administrative, click the Event logo preview or its camera icon to add or replace the image, just like a profile photo (PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG, 5 MB max). The adjacent trash icon removes it. The full logo is preserved without cropping; only people with show management rights can change it.
Can we store the event website?
Yes: the "Show information" panel includes an Event website field, next to the contact details. Enter the address with or without "https://": it is completed automatically on save so it stays clickable. Once an address is saved, an icon next to the field opens the website in a new tab.
