Post-show reports

What this feature is for

Preserve a dated record of what happened during a show: manual GO times, team, incidents and the difference between planned and actual timing.

Where to find it

Consult the event's Documents area, including its post-show reports folder when reports have been generated.

Steps

  1. Review the show's actual timeline and confirm incidents and team details.
  2. Generate a report with the required project rights.
  3. Consult the dated report in the event's documents; preserve the original if a later correction is needed.
  4. In the LIVE control log, select the day and filters, then Export CSV or Export PDF: only displayed rows are exported. Times use the production time zone, just like the screen; the CSV also preserves the local date and the PDF states the day and time zone. Downloading does not automatically add a document to the folder.

What happens next

The report provides a trace for debriefing, insurance and administrative follow-up. A correction must not silently rewrite a previously issued report.

Who can take action

Production management and people authorized to manage the event; other access depends on their document permissions.

Common issues

  • No report appears: check that one was generated and that your access allows you to see the folder.
  • Recorded time differs from the plan: the actual GO is manual; planned durations are only estimates.

FAQ

Does the report trigger or change cues?

No. It records show activity; GO always remains manual.
