Pay slips: bulletins, adjustments and rates

What this feature is for

Pay slips calculate, for each technician and each month, the gross salary derived from their signed contracts, the hours actually entered, estimated deductions, estimated net pay, employer contributions, and the total employer cost.

Where to find it

  • Preparation → Contracts → Pay slips, for the current event.
  • Monthly Pay slips page (/payroll page), for all your events, with filters and Excel export.

Steps

  1. Verify that the relevant contracts are signed and that their remuneration is filled in.
  2. Verify the actual hours in Staff → HR & legal → Hours.
  3. Open the pay slips and choose the month.
  4. Set the structure's deduction rate (22% by default).
  5. Click on Edit for a person to add a bonus, a salary deduction, or an employer contribution, as a fixed amount or as a percentage of the gross.
  6. Download the PDF bulletin or print it, and export the month as CSV or Excel.

What happens next

The added lines are saved for the event and included in the totals, exports, and PDF bulletins. Filters applied to the list of contracts do not influence the calculation: a bulletin is always calculated based on all signed contracts for the individual.

Who can take action

Management and HR managers of the event. A technician only sees what concerns them.

Common issues

  • A technician does not appear: their contract is not signed or does not include remuneration.
  • The gross seems low: check the base (hourly, daily, flat rate), the rate, and the number of units in the contract.
  • The net seems incorrect: the deduction rate is a parameter of your structure, adjust it.

FAQ

Does this bulletin replace a legal pay slip?

No. It is an internal tracking document; the creation of the legal pay slip remains the responsibility of the employer or their payroll manager.

Are adjustments kept from one month to the next?

They are saved for the month and the event where you enter them.
