Dashboard and post-show reports

What this feature is for

The dashboard provides an overall view of your ongoing events. Post-show reports record what actually happened: schedules met, incidents, equipment, and team remarks.

Where to find it

  • Dashboard: the home page after logging in.
  • Post-show reports: from the event, once the show is finished.

Steps

  1. On the dashboard, identify your shows, your role on each, and pending alerts (contracts to sign, requests). The "My shows" list is sorted alphabetically; beyond the first three, shows are grouped under "Other shows".
  2. After the event, open the post-show report.
  3. Fill in any observed discrepancies: delays, technical incidents, reception issues.
  4. Attach useful documents: photos, reports, exchanges.
  5. Share the report with the team and the organizer.

What happens next

The report remains attached to the event and serves as a memory for the next edition: it prevents making the same mistakes and documents any potential disputes.

Who can take action

The production management writes it; the team can contribute according to their rights.

Common issues

  • An alert persists on the dashboard: process the source item (unsigned contract, pending request).
  • The report is empty: it must be filled in manually based on the observed facts.

FAQ

Is the report mandatory?

No, but it is highly recommended for recurring events.

Can it be exported?
