Monthly contract tracking and event-based view

What this feature is for

Monthly tracking groups signed contracts by the month of signature, and the event-based view totals costs project by project. This allows you to track commitments over time and compare different work sites.

Where to find it

Preparation → Contracts, management view: Monthly tracking of signed contracts and Project view blocks.

Steps

1. Open Staff → HR & administrative → Tracking & pay on an event where you have a management or HR role.
2. Consult the monthly tracking: technician, contract, signature date, employer cost, monthly total.
3. Expand a month for details, or a project in the event-based view.
4. Export to CSV for accounting or management control.

What happens next

These amounts come from the remuneration entered on the contracts. They serve as the basis for payslips and reconciliation with the project budget.

Who can take action

Management and HR managers, only for events they have access to.

Common issues

• A contract is missing: it has not been signed yet, or its signature date falls in a different month.
• The cost is zero: the remuneration was not filled in during generation.
• A project is missing: you do not have access to it.

Is the grouping based on the contract date or the signature date?

On the signature date, which formalizes the commitment.

Do these amounts automatically feed into the budget?

The signature creates the gross salary and social security contribution lines; management then monitors the budget line.
