Changelog and weekly alerts

What this feature is for

The changelog lists the evolutions of the application. Weekly alerts remind you, every Monday morning, of what requires action: contracts to be signed for an event, new features for the platform administration.

Where to find it

• What's New in the header, for application evolutions.
• Amber Contracts to sign badge in the header of the selected event.

Steps

1. Open the log to read the evolutions since your last visit.
2. If a "Contracts to sign" badge appears, click on it: you will arrive at the Staff → HR & administrative section of the event concerned.
3. Sign or have the pending contracts signed.
4. The badge disappears when there is nothing left pending.

What happens next

Every Monday morning, an email reminder is sent to the managers of events that have pending contracts, specifying the person, the type of contract, the period, and how long it has been pending. An event without pending contracts receives nothing.

Who can take action

Users of a project see the contract alerts for that project. The platform evolution log is intended for administration.

Common issues

• No alert received: verify that your address is correct and that you are indeed the manager of the event.
• The badge persists: a contract remains unsigned; open Staff → HR & administrative → Tracking & pay to identify it.

FAQ

Can I change the delivery day?

The mailing is weekly, on Monday morning.

Are the contract alert and the changelog the same thing?

No: the contract alert concerns your event, the changelog concerns the application itself.
